  I have been looking for really good brisket for a few years now. You know the kind I mean; sliced, tender, juicy with bark. There must be bark! Most of the places sliced it really thick but it was dry. Other places chopped it and served in a beef broth - umm, that's cheating.
  Smokin Joe's hits all the requirements and then some. I told the guy working the counter how much I loved bark and they were nice enough to throw in a little extra. I have finally found what I have searched so long for and will not be getting brisket any place else.
  The sides are homemade and fabulous.
  Basically, if you like outdoor seating and enjoy a country setting you must eat at Smokin Joe's.
  When you stop I highly recommend Rick's Custom Meats.
  I love I have not only found the best BBQ but an excellent butcher as well.
  I look forward to going back.

  The best sandwiches you will find anywhere in the area. Also go next door in the store for some specialty meats and items.
